There comes a time when you take a stand for what you believe in. You make it clear to the world what banner you’re carrying.
The banner I’m carrying everywhere is that relationships are the key to every success. If we want to increase employee engagement, fulfillment, loyalty, productivity, creativity, sales, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and client retention, we’ll get there by investing, developing and nourishing our relationships at work. There are many factors that go into building and sustaining a successful business, but I argue that all roads ultimately lead back to the health and strength of our relationships.
There is a Relationship Bottom Line in every part of our lives. When a Relationship Bottom Line™ is healthy, thriving, and growing, we prosper. That’s what I want, and that’s what I want for you. That’s my mission.
Leadership requires that we put ourselves out there and let people know what we’re up to. If we want people to join us, we must ask them. So, I’m asking.
